• BE SURE to include the actual size of the diploma or document for each PDF file uploaded.
• Upload a SEPERATE high resolution (300dpi - 600dpi) color scan PDF file for each of your documents to this form.
• The larger file size the better.
• The PDF file you see on your screen is what we will print.
• Multiple documents may be submitted on this same form if the shipping address, and all the colors and stripes are the same.
• If colors are different, please submit an additional order form.
• Please use a SEPARATE line for each item submitted.
• Your order will go into production immediately and we will ship in a few days.

Multiple documents may be submitted on this same form if the shipping address, and all colors and stripes are the same. If not, please submit an additional order form. Please use a SEPARATE line for each item that you are sending in the large white box above. Package your diploma or certificate, with your name and address, and several layers of hard cardboard to protect your shipment, or use a 3 inch diameter round hard-cardboard mailing tube. We can not laminate parchment paper or thick cardboard documents. Hard padded diploma covers are great to use for shipping to us, however hard padded diploma covers will NOT be returned. Insurance is recommended when shipping. Your diploma or document becomes a permanent part of the plaque. We are Mail Order ONLY.
