Here’s how to do it – It’s So EASY!
- Simply upload a SEPARATE High-Resolution color scan (300 to 600 DPI) PDF file for each diploma or document to our order form. Keep the original and save the postage! Quality that will amaze. The sample plaques shown throughout our website are from PDF files. Your order will go into production immediately.

If you don’t have a USB flash drive, simply ask the store to email the PDF file or files to your email address and us at the same time. Simply click that selection on our order form and fill in that box!

- If the address and colors are all the same for your plaques, you can use one order form. One order form will hold at least 20 or more PDF files. Please indicate the quantity you are sending at the bottom of the form. If the color schemes are different, please use another order form.
- BE SURE to send the actual size of each document in the large white box on the order form.

- Remember, we ONLY accept PDF files.
- View the PDF file. The scanned color PDF file that you see on your computer screen, iPad, iPhone, Android, tablet or smart phone is what we will print.

Send us your original diploma, certificate or document by mail.
- Package your diploma or certificate, with your name and address, and several layers of hard cardboard to protect your shipment. The key here is the protection of your documents. By not using several pieces of heavy cardboard you run the risk of documents arriving with dings or creases. Or, use a 3 inch diameter round hard-cardboard mailing tube. If mailing in a flat envelope, hard padded diploma covers are great for use in shipping to us, however they will NOT be returned. We can not laminate parchment paper or thick cardboard documents.
- For FASTEST service, uploading a high-resolution scanned color PDF file, as described above, is your best option. Your order will be shipped within a few days. You keep the original, and save the postage!
- DO NOT use a USPS cardboard Ready Post mailing tube as it will crease your documents. DO NOT use creased cardboard when sending your document as it may crease your document. You may send multiple diplomas, certificates or documents in one round tube (roll with the printing on the inside) or use a flat package with several pieces of hard un-creased cardboard.
- To ship, use USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. No signature, please. All 3 shippers will give you tracking information. Insurance is recommended when shipping.
- Your mailed-in diploma or document becomes a permanent part of the plaque.

- An 8 x 10 diploma produces a plaque approximately 11 x 14 inches in dimension and will weigh approximately 6 pounds. Diplomas or certificates larger in size will produce plaques proportionately larger in weight and dimension.
